I've noticed that I never really follow my plan, but I can still make one and then forget about it
I'm reading "The Satanic Verses" by Salman Rushdie now (and I'm suprised by how good it is - I had some prejudice against him) and I'm going to finish that one before starting something else.
On my reading list are "The Way of Kings" by Brandon Sanderson, "Unseen Academicals" by Terry Pratchett and some norwegian novels. Don't have much time for reading though - last year of medical school is awfully time-demanding!!

Little?
Me?
Far from it.
I am just large enough.
Fill myself completely
lengthwise and across
from top to bottom.
Are you larger than yourself maybe?
