Karl May? Legolas Send a noteboard - 15/12/2010 07:27:03 PM
I will need someone to suggest a good Western. I cannot for the life of me think of any book that I would like to read in this genre.

His books do have some issues and are very much guilty of the "noble savage" clichés, but all the same, the original "Winnetou" is far from a bad book.

I don't really know any Westerns that I haven't read yet and would want to read, either, though. Isn't that more of a movie genre than a book genre, anyway?
