I still enjoy reading, but I think I enjoy the idea of reading almost more than the actual act.

I'm not sure of the reasons, but I do know that I don't feel as settled - when I'm reading, I feel as though there are too many other things I should be doing. I guess maybe the more responsibility I've gained in my life, the more my reading suffers. It's almost like it's a guilty pleasure that I can't quite manage as much as I used to. Now I only get into a book if I can't do something else (when I'm waiting on someone, out to lunch by myself, riding the train, etc).
