I haven't continued the series yet, but I really enjoyed a Shadow in Summer. He's also got a brand new epic fantasy out, the first in a new series, if you're interested in checking it out.

Additionally, he publishes a series of Urban Fantasy under the name MLN Hanover, which I quite enjoy, especially the latest book in the series.

In short, he's on my list of my twenty favorite authors currently working.


Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if I would enjoy the Urban Fantasy genre, but maybe I'll start with his Quartet and see if I like his writing.
