and thus, an affair of a lifetime was born. I keep hearing about Georgette Heyer and her wonderful books. Recommend the best for me?

Hm hm hm. Difficult question. I'm going to go with These Old Shades. But the first one I read was The Nonesuch and that got me addicted.

I love her so much I am currently buying all of the Arrow editions of the books. There are about 30, at £7.99 each...
