There has been discussion surrounding Aegon and whether or not he will be an enemy or obstacle rather than ally because Aegon's claim to the throne is stronger than Dany's.


I don't know... he would be (if spoilers are true) only Heir of the throne's son, when she is King's daughter... But then, he is a boy... But then, she has Dragons...
