How did the appearance of the arakhs differ from the book?
From my reading of the books I always understood them to be basically...well...scimitars. Some form of hooked blade, whether the blade be bent forward or backward, but still very sword-like. Not the strange scythe-like moon-blades they had in the show.
"An arakh is a sword commonly used by the Dothraki. It is shaped half like a sword and half like a scythe" (see link below)
Death to the Regressives of the GOP and the TeaParty. No mercy for Conservatives. Burn them all at the stake for the hateful satanists they are.
