Ended up rereading all of Dresden to book 12, so now I'm ready for Ghost Story. That has to wait till the end of the month, though, or I won't have enough to read while we're travelling.
Nearly finished The Tiger's Wife. It is lovely, but I've lost the thread a few times. I'll have to reread it in a year or so to really enjoy it. Too tired these days.
