Not sure if I remembered it from earlier read throughs or if I had figured it out but it seemed really obvious this read through. He really does foreshadowing well. Best I have seen actually. Subtle if you are not looking for it but incredibly obvious if you pay attention and you feel stupid for missing it when you go back through.
