Despite calling it one of Sanderson's best works, the tone of this review suggests that you find the novel to be, perhaps, a step above trash.

I was going to piggy back my review as a comment in yours, but I think I'll post mine later today as a separate thread.


Unfortunately I expect my results would be more in line with Larry's. Characterization is important to me and if this has worse characterization than his other stuff not going to be something I would be interested in.
