I was asked to write a commentary to a recent translation I did of Leopoldo Lugones' "El escuerzo" and I discussed several of the changes I had to make in order to make the translation more Anglophone-friendly. Since I know you can read it in the original (and I'm sure the original is available online somewhere, since it's in public domain) and since I posted a link yesterday to the translation I did, thought you might find this interesting.
