I made it very clear that it was likely I was either (a) buying books in a language they didn`t read or (b) buying things that they could never find for other reasons (an obscure book on Akkadian from Eisenbrauns, for example), and since I just buy the books I want when I want, no one buys me books anymore.

Besides, I went on a binge this year and had NO need whatsoever of yet more books. I am almost certain that I bought more than 100 books this year.
