كئتٱب - Huh, I just typed "kitab" using Persian-QWERTY on my Macbook and that's what appears.

Edit: I think that's the problem, typing the "i", which makes it ئ in initial and کئ for end and thus کئت in medial. Maybe کتاب would look better?
