Lasciel... it's possible, but it seems pretty unlikely. I think her influence was more over Harry's personality and perception. Is there any time where she actually physically changes something (especially something as complex as fixing Little Chicago, which I imagine takes at least a bit of time and concentration) without Harry noticing or giving consent?
I know for a fact that SOMEONE does indeed mention that it was because of their 'help' that LC didn't burn Harry to cinders. I'll have to cycle back in the books and track that down. I know it's in there, but, as I said earlier, I can't remember the details. Also, if you recall, the Lasciel ride along does a few other things without Harry's specific knowledge or consent... adding extra oomph to his fire magic, burning herself out to save Harry... you know stuff like that.
As for Mab... I don't know, it's possible, but it doesn't really seem "her." Plus, Bob would have mentioned something, unless he'd been commanded not to. Finally, that's not a big enough mystery for it not to have been answered- that is, if Mab actually HAD broken into Harry's place, fixed Little Chicago, and commanded Bob not to say anything, I feel like that would have been resolved by the end of the book. It's not like it's really a revelation to keep a secret.
