The only things I can suggest are Neal Stephenson's Baroque Cycle, Anno Dracula by Kim Newman and the Parasol Protectorate by Gail Carriger. Those are the only books/series in that genre which I have enjoyed. The last two are fantasised Victorian London and the Stephenson is a 17th century mix of adventure, science and politics.
