I much prefer Fionovar myself but Tigana was beautiful. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who outright dislikes it.

It seems there are people who see Tigana the way I see The Lions of al-Rassan - overly dramatic, forced, and not really that original. My theory is that people like whichever of the two they read first and dislike the other because it's too similar. :P
