It was, I believe, my brother's textbook in college, which explains why it is still in pristine condition despite being his. I also have some stupid Atlas of World Religions with lots of pie charts and maps but that has little info.
I happened to see the book down in the basement this afternoon when I went down to jog. I knew that I had that one and it was the best but had forgotten the author.
