I heard a BBC radio report about "50 Shades of Gray" yesterday. Now that quickpoll from a few days ago makes sense. I hadn't heard of the book before.

The whole genre doesn't interest me and the specific subject matter much less so. I don't get why it would sell so much.

I think it's only selling because it's been so bigged up. Most comments I've seen from people who have read it say that it's rubbish. I dunno, like Dan Brown?

I've not read it and have not the least interest in doing so.
