Williams' wrote probably one of the most beautiful pieces of fantasy prose of all time, the series called "Memory, Sorrow and Thorn."

... but if you're going to plug Williams, it's almost criminal not to mention the masterpiece that is Otherland. :P


...and as such could never recommend it. Like most things, it's individual opinion.
