Also: This is not a good way to deal with Nemesis

So as far as I can tell, the first rule of fighting Nemesis is "You do NOT talk about Nemesis!"
Why?
The only justification seems to be "If you tell someone about Nemesis, and they turn out to be infected, they'll either try to kill you or tell the compatriots so someone ELSE will try to kill you."
Except that it seems like everyone who currently knows about Nemesis is 1) super powerful and 2) Already has to deal with people trying to kill them.
If Harry went up to the Merlin and told him about Nemesis, what could Nemesis do? If Merlin was infected, sure he could attack Harry, or Nemesis could coordinate an attack on Harry by other parties... but Nemesis could do that ANYWAY.
I'm just saying, one of Nemesis's big advantages seems to be that no one knows about it. If Harry sponsored a giant, anonymous billboard in every city of the world, saying
HEY EVERYONE, THERE'S A PARASITIC PLAGUE FROM BEYOND THE OUTER GATES THAT INFECTS PEOPLE AND MAKES THEM WANT TO DESTROY REALITY. OTHER SYMPTOMS INCLUDE MEGALOMANIA AND A DESIRE TO UPSET THE SUPERNATURAL STATUS QUO. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS, PLEASE ALERT SEVERAL MEMBERS OF THE WHITE COUNCIL, AND MAYBE SHOUT INTO A SNOWDRIFT AS WELL.
it would save a lot of trouble.

My point was, the Parasite predates Lash. I agree she wouldn't have been able to fix LC
