PLAYER OF GAMES, USE OF WEAPONS, EXCESSION and LOOK TO WINDWARD, at the very least, are in the canon of all-time great SF novels. From his maintream fiction, THE WASP FACTOR is a genuinely great book.

I never met him myself, but I've never heard anyone say a bad word about him.
