The 27th Edition is considered the one to have. There is some controversy over changes made to some of the general epistles in the 28th Edition. I read from the 27th but I have the 28th as well.
Do you mean the green-cover Vulgate? That's a good one. I've read from various parts of it but never read the whole thing through in Latin. I'm not sure if I would want to, either, after having just read the entire thing in Greek. Maybe in a couple of years...
Good to know, as it's a lovely edition (I have the 2007 large print, by the way). And yes, it's the green-cover edition (I also have the Nestle-Aland NT in Latin from DB). Also found a cheap e-book edition of the Sahidic Coptic NT, but that was more to show to two of my Copt students than out of any pressing desire to learn the language and to compare it to the Greek.
Je suis méchant.
