I bought the Lettres Gothiques version, which is fabulous, but they chose a manuscript that is missing the final folio and so the last 106 lines were absent in the original (though they gave a modern French prose adaptation of them) so I went to Project Gutenberg online to read the last 106 lines. The Lettres Gothiques text is probably cleaner and better than the Gutenberg text, but Gutenberg was good for being able to just properly finish the poem in its original idiom.

Normally, I would want a print edition, but I'll be reading more on my iPad or iPhone than anywhere else for the next several weeks at least, so it made more sense to get an e-edition.
