Some interesting stuff. And Isaac, looks like the whole "sometimes his back goes away, sometimes it doesn't" thing is a deliberate inconsistency.
That's why I disagree about accusations of "retcon." Butcher is definitely a high level nerd (Of the "really likes martial arts and LARPing" flavor, I believe), and nerds live to plan out the little details in stuff like this.
I amuse myself.
