Sadly I've never read any of his books so my feedback will be extremely limited. But certainly a lot of people here read his books, though not everyone is that enthusiastic about them (in at least some of them, I have it on good authority that it takes ages for the plot to get going, if indeed it ever does at all). His other works include Snow Crash, Cryptonomicon and the so-called Baroque Cycle, containing Quicksilver, The Confusion and The System of the World.
