If they don't look impressive enough, give the show a pass. It's something to listen to in the car or while going for a jog. Episodes run anywhere from an hour and a half to five hours.
As to the Pakenham book, did you get it in hardcover? And if so, where did you get it? The only hardcovers available through Amazon are used.
