There's only two or three series where I still intend to buy and read the next books as they come out, but at the pace all of them are going, that means something like one book every two years.

Besides that, some rereads, and what little new stuff there is is more likely to be old classics of the genre - got a used copy of LeGuin's Dispossessed the other day, for instance.
