I agree with Jacob, if not here, where else would you post it? And not only have I not read the book, I have not heard of it. I guess that shows my 'intellectual laziness' ;). In all seriousness, your review is excellent in pointing out the strengths and flaws of the book and you make a strong argument for why people should read it.
To everything there is a season --- football season, pre-season and off season.
