A few years back, but it ended up being overdue, so i took it back to the library. I've just never gotten around to checking it out again (sh!t, I can't even remember the name of the book right now).
Anyways, I seem to remember she was nominated either for a Nebula or a Hugo I think. Not sure if she won, or which book it was for. I could be remembering wrong though.

A friend gave me Roberson's book Karavans to read. Said I'd like it. I had just finished loaning him my First Law Trilogy which he loved, and wanted to return the favor. Here's the problem: he has only ever recommended books I've found to be horrible. The Serpent and the Rose by Kathleen Bryan comes to mind.
So my question to you fine folks is this: Have you read any Jennifer Roberson books, and if so did you like or dislike them, and why?
Thanks ever so much in advance. (I'm hoping for a lengthy sinopsis from Cannoli.)

Death to the Regressives of the GOP and the TeaParty. No mercy for Conservatives. Burn them all at the stake for the hateful satanists they are.
