Fire by Kristin Cashore (really good)

In progress or partial reading (so far):

Reluctant Voyagers by Elisabeth Vonarburg
My Soul to Keep by Tananarive Due
The Steam Magnate by Dana Copithorne (good prose)
A Guide to Folktales in Fragile Dialects by Catherynne Valente (poetry, and the first piece had me biting my cheek as to not start crying on a crowded subway train)

Planning to read:

Really curious to see how Mansfield Park and Mummies: Monster Mayhem, Matrimony, Ancient Curses, True Love, and Other Dire Delights by Vera Nazarian & Jane Austen turned out.

something by Storm Constantine, maybe reread Calenture
