esentially in the world many people believe in many different things, so the concept is some people can take something, a word, object, idea, what have you, and are capable of making effects through it using the "belief" of other people, basicly the more people believe in this thing the more amount of things you can do, but the difficulty increses based on however many people believe in it so you could nuke a city with the belief of christianity , but it would be super diffucult
