i am currently on book 6 of the sookie staqckhouse books and am really enjoying them
what is all your thoughts on the series


I've read the first two books, and while they were readable, I didn't like them as much as the tv series, I really love what they did with the source material there. (Please no spoilers)

I find the books similar to The Dresden Files, it's the same urban fantasy/mystery setting, but, on the whole, I still think that The Dresden Files books are a little bit better, though only by a small margin.
