Start with Magician by Feist, then read Silverthorn and <A Darkness at Sethanon.
Then read The Empire Trilogy by Feist and Wurts (I really, really love these).
Then read The Cycle of Fire Trilogy by Wurts, Master of Whitestorm (which is a great standalone) and To Ride Hell's Chasm (also a good standalone).
And then, if you want to embark on another unfinished series, try The Wars of Light and Shadow. Lovely.
Also: if you like short stories then Kelly Lynch is superb.
