Very few people are willing to truly dedicate this much effort to sarcasm if sarcasm is the right word. Most of us have ideas we think would be funny but are too lazy to carry out but apparently you are not one of those people. I suspect you would be the wrong person to get into a practical joke war with.

What is sad is I am sure the book is every bit as bad as you say it is and still she has a huge audience. Disney has taken marketing to children to a high art form. My daughter will be four in March she Hanna Montana even though she has never actually watched the show and only knows about her products and from seeing the commercials when she watches Mickey Mouse Club House. They don't have regular commercials during their preschool programming they just market their other shows and it works. She is also a huge fan of Jonas Brothers even though she has never watched their show or listened to their music.
