Considering this is the publisher's official print catalog, which I received in the mail today (and only just read before I'm logging off for the night to work on the oh-so-lovely Title I application for my private school that's due by Friday), it seems that Erikson's book has been pushed back to April 2010 for the US.

From what I seem to remember hearing in passing elsewhere, the Canadians may be adopting the North American/Tor books instead of the Transworld/UK one. I'd say use a service like Book Depository or Amazon UK (the first has free shipping, but the book price will be higher - usually arrives in 5-9 days, while the other can arrive a bit faster but would cost about $8 in shipping, if I recall) instead. I think I paid something around $50 for the hardcovers of the UK TtH and DoD when I ordered them last month through Amazon UK.

What is interesting is that the hardcover seems to fit exactly into the same size as the TPB.
