How about Terry Goodkind's novella "A Debt of Bones" initially being printed with the copyright credited to Robert Jordan? It's definitely my personal favorite. Especially as it was published close to a time when there was a lot of internet chatter accusing him of "borrowing" from Jordan's work...
I still have the book, packed away for moving, but apparently the publisher recalled it from booksellers when the mistake was discovered.
