rarely for personal revenge against those they kill. Arya's only motivation is revenge. She doesn't want Cersei to die for the good of the kingdom and coincidently she hates her, she wants Cersei to die for the wrong she has done her. Carrying out a murder based on revenge is much worse than giving your life for a cause.
