It's fanfiction, and it's brilliant.
The premise is basically this: What if HP were the ultimate Ravenclaw rather than the ultimate Gryffindor? He's no less of an annoying turd, but the story is far more interesting this way. And if you are an xkcd kind of geek, then you might enjoy it for reasons other than the story anyhow.
