Screens that have backlights which turn off and on automatically are annoying. Ghavrel Send a noteboard - 12/04/2010 08:44:19 AM
A human being does a much better job of knowing when he or she needs a backlight. No need for automatic light detection; all you need is a switch.
"We feel safe when we read what we recognise, what does not challenge our way of thinking.... a steady acceptance of pre-arranged patterns leads to the inability to question what we are told."

So what is it like to read off of? I don't like the automatic backlight, but I bet that'll be fixed. *NM* - 10/04/2010 06:33:00 AM 359 Views
What do you mean ? It says backlight is for the dark places. I guess you could use a lamp *NM* - 12/04/2010 08:22:42 AM 229 Views

What he said. Having it automatic leaves room for error and frustration. *NM* - 13/04/2010 06:29:53 AM 196 Views
