The Help and Stats links also don't work.

Anarchy? Truly?
Seems highly hyperbolic.
It's hardly anarchy, but it does seem like "rules" and "help" should have SOMETHING for new members.
We may take it for granted that wotmania veterans have a good idea of the give and take within the community, but that won't always be true. I know when I decide (or decided; I don't have the free time I once did) to join a website actively one of the first things I do is check what the ground rules are, and in my limited experience most Admins encourage this, because the rules vary from place to place, but every place expects them to be observed. The same is true of the "Help" tab; the nice thing about duplicating much of wotmanias functionality as well as form is we all generally know how it works, but I don't know how dependable that is for new members.
