I've seen more loss of hispanic culture than I've seen loss of "White" culture (which is really the issue here. not "american" culture).

Guadalupe (a city in the phoenix metro that's almost entirely hispanic and looks very much like a Mexican town) looks more and more "white" every year, and their local market has less and less merchants every year when we go there to buy our Christmas pinata.

We can't even let them keep the authenticity of their food, we have to Tex-mex-ify it all.
