I meant from making a coalition with a Labour government that their (Lib Dems) voters clearly no longer want. Looking at the swings, they were either from Labour to Lib Dem or Lib Dem to Con (and vice versa for the latter).

It will be fascinating to see what happens next.


Maybe i suspect if they did get PR, any losses owed to folk deserting them for this action would easily be (in my opinion) countered by the amount of seats they'd get under the PR system. I also think PR wouldn't alienate their core vore, it's one their core ideals.

I however agree 100% with your last sentence.
