It was about the Estonian people who did not protest when the government decided to bring back governmental expenses at the cost of the people. He said "The people here understand that money has to be earned by working, not demanded by protesting."
Now I do understand that many Estonians are probably still kind of communistic slave-minded (do what government sais, what government sais is good because governement sais it is good), but still I think it should make the Greeks ashamed if you aks me.

Heh, all the Estonians I've met have been the complete opposite of that and rather anti-communist. I will admit that they are all expats, so that may have some bearing...
