But good point. It seems likely though, doesn't it? The European institutions have remained so close together because these are the original member states, and they're just there for historical reasons. But once you start talking about moving them... granted, I don't see any obvious candidates in Eastern Europe in terms of being small countries with various different languages, like Belgium and Luxembourg. But still.
