Apple's computers allow dual boots with both MacOS and Windows fairly easily now, whereas most computers sold with Windows as primary OS don't do the same that I'm aware of. How exactly does that make Apple to blame?
And Apple does make *some* software that works perfectly on Windows computers - iTunes, QuickTime and Safari are the most obvious ones. It's certainly true that they don't participate in the market for office suites, or the game market as Microsoft has done to some extent, but then they're active on other markets where Microsoft isn't (obviously).
