yeah it seems Obamacare shuts down low cost insurance that does not meet the requirements before it offers a method to replace it. If it ever can that is. Sorry but this system uses the same logic as Obamacare. Force the healthy to get insurance to subsidize the unhealthy. That may or may not be a bad idea but I see no reason to pretend that it isn't true.
I linked a politico article on it. To be fair I assume they will adjust the law before anyone actually loses their insurance.
