Two eggs, overeasy, sourdough toast, some hashbrowns, a carafe of coffee, and 6 oz sirloin steak, the steak may be replaced with bacon or sausage links. A glass of Oj and a glass of milk, skim or 2%. When skim, Bailey's goes in the coffee.
bailey's at breakfast! xD I reaaaaaaally like this one -anotates for latter reproduction of recipe- hehe steak and alky in your breakfast, definitely a winning combination
I usually run a few miles before I eat breakfast and have been awake for a few hours.
no wonder you need a big refueling xD
Breakfast of champions.
:p more like Big Breakfast of the Month candidate
On other more relaxed days, some oatmeal with fruit and some coffee. On weekends I usually don't eat breakfast, unless I've had company overnight, in which case I tend to go into a cooking frenzy.
if you dont have anything on weekends xD is it for the same reason I don't on sundays? (hangover
)Not really, I rarely get drunk. High tolerance and I actually can't stand the smell or sight of booze after I'm much past tipsy. It's because I wake up late. I rarely get hangovers, a glass of water and an aspirin, maybe a vitamin too, before passing out will prevent a hangover. I take a certian smug pride in being able to spend the night out drinking then wake up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed the next day while everyone else is is groaning and buried with their head under a pillow
