Well, I have to hold on to something Colonel Logain Send a noteboard - 13/06/2010 10:06:27 PM
it's all irrelevant, but i'd like to think that had we have played USA last, beating slovenia and algeria in the first two games, we'd have had enough to beat them in the end

I saw the Algeria v. Slovenia game, and I don't think you have much to worry about there anyway. And you were unlucky to lose to the US.

i wondered why Kewell didn't start and they didn't even bother to throw on Kennedy when they were 2 down with Cahill on the pitch

Kewell's been having injury problems, and I wasn't surprised to see him on the bench. I'm really surprised Kenendy didn't start, and I thought Pim would have at least put him on at half time, the way the game was going.

I think Pim gave up after Cahill was red-carded, and didn't want to risk Kewell getting injured. Hopefully he gets picked against Ghana.

Cahill's awesome he can play anywhere ;) i remember at the start of the season for everton he played alright upfront by himself

Everton has a slightly better midfield than the Socceroos :P

I have nothing to add. I just wanted to be included in this thread.
