There was one disallowed goal that was good. And lets be honest the Italians, like the English, really have no-one to blame but themselves. Both teams sucked, they can hide behind a bad decision if they want, but it doesn't change their performances over 3 and 4 games. Italy should never have gotten themselves into the situation where they are chasing a game in the 2nd half to save their world cup. But they are too old, too slow and have no recognised striker.
Two goals were right out good, and Iaquinta's strike before the half was iffy but probably a goal. Both of Quagliarella's goals (the one that bounced off that guy's knee) and the one that he put in the back of the net that was called for offside were good. So that's 4-3 right there. Not to mention New Zealand's goal was offside the match before. Either way, I view this a karma. An English ref ensures we don't make the quarters, and now England is undone in a similar way. Cheerio!
