It's been tradition for the past 7 years that the Wotmania Flag gets taken to Gatherings and Mini-Meets (or at least the ones that I go to ) and signed by the participants. It's now got the signatures of over 100 different people from 16 different gatherings.

It's the first RAFO gathering this coming weekend... is it time to create a something new, and lay the old one to rest? Or should I keep the good old times going?

Thoughts, people. Give me your minds.

Consider it a literal changing of the guard, though in this case the particular guard is the same and the STANDARD itself is changed. Certainly RAFO deserves a symbol and commemoration of its own, whether or not it's a flag, but a flag is appropriate, IMHO. Good luck and God bless with it and the other Gathering activities; that I'm having fun here doesn't prevent my continued regret I can't be there (although, realistically, there were certain to be some people about whom I really care but could NOT see this weekend, barring wormholes. )
